What customers say?

“ I recently had the opportunity to dine at Burritos Y Tacos Mexican Grill, and I found it to be a pleasant surprise. The food was quite good, offering tasty Mexican cuisine that hit the spot. What was particularly convenient was the cleanliness and quality of the washroom facilities. It's always a plus to find a well-maintained restroom while on the go. One of the standout features of this restaurant is its location, situated just beside the ferry terminal. It made for a great stop while waiting for the ferry, providing a delicious meal and a comfortable place to relax before our journey. If you're ever in need of a satisfying meal near the ferry terminal, Burritos Y Tacos Mexican Grill is a solid choice. ”

“ The food here was very good. I had the shrimp enchiladas. Very good. Almost too much lime, IMO, but tasted really good and had lots of shrimp. I opted for pinto beans. Wife had the enormous burrito. This thing was HUGE! She ate it all and said it was good. I would definitely be back. I came back, about a week ago. Wife had the same thing but I had a green salsa soup, (Carne En Su Jugo, I think) The soup had really small, thin pieces of beef and pinto beans. Condiments were avocado, onions and herbs. They also brought out flour tortillas for me along with hot sauce. The soup was delicious, slightly sour, but did a number on my “bowels” for the whole evening and the next day. Would I go back? Not sure. The service was great and the place was cool looking. ”

“ Their guacamole was flavorful with a nice citrus tang. The cream sauce on the pollo a la crema was delicious! The bacon-wrapped shrimp in the Don Chuy special tasted great, exactly as hoped for. The tortillas were hot! The flan tasted amazing! ”

“ Such a cute hole in the wall place.. food was super good. My husband said it's his favorite by far.. only complaint I had, and I didn't ask, was I was given corn tortillas with my fajitas automatically and I honestly prefer flour. I could have asked, but, I didn't want them to go to waste. But the food was good.. ”

“ Stopped in here while waiting on our ferry. Super convenient as it was only a couple min walk. Food was pretty tasty. My buddy had the wet burrito and liked it. I had the seafood burrito. It was quite tasty too - might have been a little hard to discern the seafood with the flavor of the cheese - but all in all it was good. Service was good. Food came out fast. Definitely glad we popped in. ”

“ My son brought me here on Mother's Day. I believe our waitress name was Chrystal. She was wondering! The food was excellent & the atmosphere was pleasant. I've recommended it to my friends. ”

“ Food and service were sizzling. This restaurant is perfect walking distance from the Ferry. If you live on Whidbey I 1000% recommend walking on the ferry once a week for a fantastic meal. We have tried several items on the menu and have never been disappointed. If you like it hot, ask for their additional sauces. ”
